Conquest Carts Warranty Terms & Conditions Conquest Carts warrants any new Conquest Cart purchased from any of its authorized dealers in the USA and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase, subject to the stated limitations. Under this warranty any authorized Conquest Cart service or Conquest Cart dealer will, free of charge, repair or replace any part determined to be defective by Conquest Carts due to faulty workmanship or material from our factory. Any parts used in the warranty repair will be warranted for the balance of the cart’s warranty period. Detailed Coverage At A Glance Frame Motor Motor Controller Onboard Battery Charger Charger Transaxle Brakes Suspension Components Steering Compnonents Instrument Cluster Electrical Wires and Relays Lithium Batteries are covered for 5 years and AGM Batteries are covered for 18 months. Exclusion: Items Not Covered In Warranty Routine maintenance items, normal wear and tear, or electrical items damaged as a result of fluctuation in electrical current. Brake pads and/or disc pads are not covered. Inadequate maintenance, neglect, abuse, accident, or damage from collision. Repairs made by 3rd party outside a Conquest Cart dealer or approved repair technician. These repairs will void this warranty in full. Damage or loss resulting from acts of nature, weather, vandalism, theft, war, or any other circumstance that Conquest Carts has no control over. Transportation to and from an authorized dealer. Liability Limitations In no case shall Conquest Carts be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to death, personal injury or property damage arising from or related to any alleged failure in a vehicle or battery charger, or any damage or loss to the purchaser or any third party for lost time, inconvenience or any economic loss, whether or not Conquest Carts was apprised of the foreseeability of such damages or losses.
