This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on components manufactured and assembled by Belmont Trailers. What is covered The 5-year warranty covers the structural components of the trailer under normal use and service. What is not covered The warranty excludes coverage for many components that are not originally manufactured by Belmont Trailers, such as: Axles Batteries (though one listed trailer shows a 3-year warranty on its battery) Lumber Paint Tires and wheels Winches Lighting Hinges Conditions and limitations The warranty is valid only for the original retail purchaser. It does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, lack of proper maintenance, deliberate misuse, or improper loading.
