Folks, BEST SIZE/MOST SLEEPING CAPACITY never used Jayco Ultra Lite X17Z was purchased brand new by some great grandparents whom never got a chance to take the grand kids camping, so it sat around in the back of their pole barn until just now-sure they walked in and out and the grand kids walked in it a from time to time, but as life would have it, they moved out of town and the rest is history-THIS UNIT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DIRECTLY TRANSPORTED FROM THE PAST TEN YEARS AGO AS IF STUCK IN A TIME WARP!! We just opened out the canvas fold-outs and they are in pristine new condition, no dry rot, no leaking, no tears-the canvas literally appears new. The interior, as well , is as if it is brand new PERIOD. The books are unopened, the factory ice tray is even in it's original packaging, the cabinetry is flawless, the stove never used, microwave never used, the radio was never set to any station, and the shower still has the factory rubber drain plug inside, even the factory blinds appear new off the shelf. IT IS NOT PERFECT, but just about as new as a used unit can get, and at this weight of about 3000 pounds, it can be towed by just about any vehicle on the road, even my ten speed bike can move it! With 3 kids in each bunk, and two on the dinette which folds down to the bed and at least one parent on the fold down sofa, this unit can comfortable sleep 6 kids and at least one adult making it the highest sleeping capacity camper ever built, and with the screen open on the fold outs, it as if you are sleeping out under the stars. You have everything you need for comfort, from overhead a/c , hot water, shower, full bath facilities, and a PACKED DECKED OUT KITCHEN never used, you can make any meal you need to feed everyone. Keeping things real, it will need to be washed, the canvas around the top of the awning is ready to be replaced (this costs about $150 for a new canvas awning). You can go cqmping this weekend in this unit!! NO LEAKS, NO PETS, NO ODORS, NO PRICE GAMES, NO GIMMICKS. We have been in south Tampa Florida selling decent campers and rv's at great prices for over 38 years, both you and your money are safe here at our facility-why do to a rough part of town and deal with folks that can not even speak your language?
