1988 Boston Whaler 15’ Super-Sport, 40HP Outboard and Trailer all is in As-New Condition. This is an amazing find! What’s more fun than a Boston Whaler? A Boston Whaler that is owned by a fanatical man of amazing talents. Please take a long hard look at the photos I have enclosed. This boat is in as new condition, every detail has been addressed and modernized throughout. It is a rare version of the 15’ Super-Sport called the SUPER-SPORT CENTER CONSOLE! When acquired he found the nicest freshwater boat he could buy, and then added a brand-new 2019 40 hp Evinrude E-TAC engine with a transferable warrantee good until spring of 2029. This engine was installed with new controls and power tilt. Then he removed and completely stripped and refinished all the hardwood and polished the stainless-steel railing. With everything out of the inside of the hull he manufactured wooden bracing which he placed inside the hall so while turning the hull upside down the gunwales of the boat would not be stressed. With the hull upside down, the bottom was prepped and painted with Pettit Vivid anti-fouling bottom paint (who goes to this length, crazy but I saw him do this). Last year a new trailer was added, a 2022 Tidewater 1 ton trailer including a spare wheel and tire and a tongue jack. This boat has not been kept in salt-water; it has been a trailer queen. Trailered to and from the water, washed and the motor ran on a freshwater hose, what more can you want! It is fully equipped, lines, mooring cover, fuel tanks, through cushions, fenders, Standard Horizon portable VHF radio, Lowrance fish finder with mapping.
Regardless of what you’re looking for in a boat this size you can’t find a nicer Boston Whaler 15’ Super Sport anywhere! And it’s a BOSTON WHALER not some tub-toy!
