About Jackson Auto Outlet & Taylor's Trailers LLC

Jackson Auto Outlet & Taylor’s Trailers is your locally owned destination for quality vehicles, trailers, powersports, automotive service, and more in Rome, NY.

What started as Jackson Auto Outlet has grown into a full-service dealership serving customers throughout Central New York and beyond. After joining forces with Taylor’s Trailers, we brought everything together at our Rome location to give our customers more selection, more services, and a better overall buying experience.

Whether you're shopping for a used car, truck, or SUV, looking for a utility, dump, enclosed, equipment, or landscape trailer, or need reliable automotive and trailer service, our team is here to help.

We pride ourselves on doing business differently. Our goal isn't simply to make a sale — it's to build relationships with our customers and earn their business for years to come. We offer a straightforward buying experience, competitive pricing, trade-ins, and financing options for a wide range of credit situations.

Our Rome location also features a full-service automotive and trailer repair department offering everything from routine maintenance to tires, brakes, alignments, suspension work, diagnostics, A/C service, trailer repairs, detailing, and more.

With a large inventory and customers traveling from across New York State to do business with us, we've grown significantly — but we're still a locally owned and operated Central New York business that believes customer service comes first.
