The 22R can sleep up to six people. If you are not completly satisfied you are not obligated to take the camper. Camper was hardley used and never smoked in. No smells in it what so ever. If your looking for a georgious luxuary camper this is it. We get campers from insurance companies and make them new again. This motorhome had a branch hit the roof and was completley repaired. The camper is showing 26000 on the odometer. When we sent in the title we checked accurate miles and somone at dmv must of not noticed so they put not accurate.
