To start with this spotless motorhome has but 22,506 actual miles and trust me when I say "you would get it dirty to wash it" and by that I mean I have never had a cleaner or more well cared for coach ever to offer my customers. If you do your due diligence and research the Newmar brand you will find out that they build the highest quality motorhomes period. This one sits on a Ford chassis and boasts the V10 gas powerplant that according to the previous owners has delivered 10 miles per gallon. It has 2 slides, a big one in the living quarters, and another in the master suite where you also find a queen size bed and one of 2 Sony TV's, a large power awning, 3 camera's- one that provides a safe backup, and two more that show you what is along side when you want to change lanes, a generator, a one touch Atwood automatic leveling system, trailer tow, a recent new roof sealing, Dometic climate control, a BIG Norcold refer, 3 burner cooktop with oven, Dometic microwave, a Jensen stereo system, and lots more! Quality motorhomes with this low of miles, especially as clean as this one, don't come around very often so my advice is move quick and check it out, you will be glad you did!
