The tires are 6 years old and should be replaced soon.. I have made an allowance to cover new tires at my fair asking price.. Other than that there's nothing to do but enjoy it!!! All the awnings are really nice, the interior is super clean, non smoker / pet unit.. There is no washer dryer in this coach although there was at one time.. This Dutch Star runs and drives excellent.. No issues.. Pre Def.....
